The three spacious holiday flats are located in the newly built mountain farmhouse. Families, friends or couples will find cosy retreats here, where you will feel at home in no time at all. Our mountain farm has been around for over 300 years. It was therefore a matter close to our hearts to let this old charm live on in the new holiday flats.
All three non-smoking flats have been built primarily from allergy-free and natural building materials. So you can breathe freely indoors too!
Harmonious interplay between tradition and modernity
In order to honour the long history of the Scheaterhof, we took care to preserve the traditional South Tyrolean interior design when building the new flats. Nevertheless, our guests should not lack modern comfort. The fully equipped eat-in kitchens are perfect for cooking, eating and socialising. Satellite TV, safe and telephone complement the lovely, traditional furnishing details. Separate bedrooms and bright bathrooms are just as much a part of the flats as the sunny balconies.

We prefer Saturday as arrival and departure day.
On the day of arrival you can move into your flat from 2.00 pm, on the day of departure we ask you to vacate the flat by 9.30 am. Other times on request.
Pets have to stay at home because of the many farm animals.
All flats are non-smoking flats.
Use of the play equipment and helping out on the farm is at your own risk.
- Deposit: For a binding reservation, we ask you to transfer a deposit of 250 € within one week. In case of cancellation the deposit will not be refunded.
- Payment: The invoice is preferably paid in cash or by bank transfer.
- In case of late arrival or early departure we will charge the price of the flat.
- For short stays of less than 4 days, we charge the high season price.
- We ask you to pay for your stay no later than the evening before departure.
- Cancellation: In case of cancellation before arrival, the flat will be charged for 3 days.
Hiking – pure adrenalin
Thanks to the great location of the Scheaterhof, you live below a natural paradise: the Lüsner and Rodenecker Alp! Hiking in Lüsen stands for breathtaking natural spectacles, impressive sights and a picturesque mountain village. The Lüsen nature adventure trail is a fun excursion. Extensive hikes to the historic Pian Chapel, to the Astjoch … Every step is rewarded with sensational views. The clear mountain air is a blessing, as are the hearty South Tyrolean specialities served in the rustic mountain huts.
Mountain bikers and motorbike riders have also discovered this alpine natural paradise for themselves, ingenious trails demand a lot from the riders and guarantee an adventurous bike tour every day anew!
The Peitlerkofel, which connects our valley Lüsen with the South Tyrolean Dolomites, offers paths, climbs and walls that fulfil all requirements. Hikers, mountaineers and free climbers feel right at home.
Water lovers can let off steam in the picturesque natural swimming pond in Lüsen.

From our farm, the view over the white mountain landscape of the Isarco Valley every morning promises unbridled winter sports fun.
The nearby Rodenecker-Lüsner Alm is a true all-rounder in winter. Cross-country skiers will find fabulous trails, tobogganing fun, ski tours or snowshoe hikes on our local mountain, the Astjoch 2194 m. Hospitality is provided by the culinary mountain huts all around!
Brixen’s local mountain, the Plose, awaits its winter sports fans with the longest black piste in the whole country!
The well-known Gitschberg-Jochtal ski area, favoured by us and our guests, offers maximum fun on the slopes for every winter sports enthusiast!

… take the Brixen/Vahrn exit (49/E66) into the Pustertal Valley
From the SS49, after 3 km take the Mühlbach exit on the right, after 200 m turn right towards Rodeneck and follow the signs for Lüsen-Berg,
After 2.8 km turn left, after 2.8 km a sharp left turn, then 5.3 km to the Zumis car park, 1.8 km and you’ve reached your destination!
