The three spacious holiday apartments are located in the newly built farmhouse. Here, families, friends or couples will find cosy retreat areas where they can feel instantly at home. Our farm is more than 300 years old. It’s been a labour of love to maintain that old charm in the new apartments. Thanks to a lot of wood and other natural materials we were able to preserve the typical South Tyrolean style and furnishings and to combine them harmoniously with modern elements. In our three cosy holiday apartments in Luson you can enjoy incredibly beautiful days! All three non-smoking apartments have been built using primarily non-allergenic and natural building materials. So you can breathe completely free also indoors!

To honour the long history of the farm Scheaterhof, during the renovation of the apartments we’ve meticulously respected the traditional South Tyrolean interior design. Nevertheless, our guests will not miss modern conveniences. In the fully-equipped kitchens you can wonderfully cook, eat, and spend time together. Satellite TV, safe and telephone merge with the loving, traditional interior details. Separate bedrooms and bright bathrooms are standard components of the flats, like the sunny balconies. Your pets, however, will need to stay at home because of the many farm animals.

Prices are per day and apartment, including all taxes for a minimum stay of 4 days.


Arrival and departure preferably on Saturday.
On the day of arrival, you can move into your apartment at 1.30 pm; on the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment not later than 9.30 am. Other times are possible upon request.

Deposit: To confirm your reservation, please transfer the deposit in the amount of € 150 within one week. In case of cancellation the deposit will not be refunded.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.

All apartments are non-smoking apartments.

Payment: The invoice is to be paid preferably in cash or by bank transfer.
In case of late arrival or early departure the price of the apartment will be charged.
We kindly ask you to pay your bill on the evening before your departure.
For a stay of less than 4 days, we will charge the high season price.

Cancellation: In case of a cancellation, we will charge 3 days apartment rent.
